Q.) How do I book a stay directly?

A.) Simply click the “Book Now” button on our website. You’ll see real-time availability, secure payment options, and instant confirmation.

 

Q: What happens after I click on the calendar and book?

A: You will be sent a confirmation email from our booking partner, Hospitable. They will correspond with you using your chosen contact method (email or phone) and provide all the necessary details, including check-in instructions and any other information related to your stay.

Q: Do you charge a booking fee?
A: No — by booking directly with us, you save on extra platform fees from Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO

Q: Do you take a security deposit?

A: Yes for all bookings we require a refundable security deposit of £200 is required. This is collected securely via our guest portal before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days of check out, as Long as everything is in good shape.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your booking within 24hours of confirmation for a 100% refund, as long as your stay is at least 7 days away.

 

Q: Can I change my booking instead of cancelling?

A: Yes- Subject to availability were happy to move dates, additional charges may apply.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit/credit cards and secure online payments.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.

Q: How do I check in?
A: All our properties use self check-in with a key lockbox or smart lock. You’ll receive full instructions by email before arrival.

Q: Do your properties have WiFi?
A: Yes, all our homes include free high-speed WiFi.

Q: Is parking available?
A: All of our properties offer free on-site or street parking. Details are provided in each listing

 

Q: Do you provide towels and linens?

A: Yes, fresh bed linens and towels are included in every stay.

 

Q: Are your properties family-friendly?

A: Absolutely. Many of our homes include multiple bedrooms, kitchens, and living areas suitable for families.

 

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Unfortunately we don't allow pets

 

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No, all of our properties are strictly non-smoking. There is an outside smoking area

 

Q: Are parties and events allowed?

A: We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding large gatherings. Violations of this policy may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund and deduction from your depost.

 

Q: Are your properties near public transport?
A: Yes, our locations are well connected by bus, train, and road. Exact details are provided with each listing.

 

Q: Why should I book direct instead of Airbnb/Booking.com?

Great place to stay for myself and my friends for a bank holiday weekend in Bristol ! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, spacious living room, dining area and bedrooms are all good sizes. Host was very responsive over text and happy to help with any questions, would stay here again
